Maintenance of the industrial vacuum cleaner
1. Check the plug and the power cord regularly; if there is obvious damage, replace them immediately.
2. After using the vacuum cleaner, do NOT forget to empty the debris hopper and other vacuuming accessories; the dust bag and compartment should also be cleaned after using the appliance and check if there is any leakage. Do NOT use the dust bag when it is damp.
3. After using the appliance, store it in a well ventilated place.
4. Before using the appliance, check whether its shell, hose and other vacuuming accessories are well sealed and make sure that there is no leakage.
5. During the cleaning process, if the appliance is unusually hot or emits a burnt odor, or there is abnormal vibration and noise, stop the appliance immediately and contact the manufacturer. Do NOT use it in this case to prevent further damage.
6. After using the appliance, check whether the safety valve is broken and whether the suction vent is blocked; if so, clean them immediately to remove blockage.
Correct usage of the industrial vacuum cleaner
1. Before use, check whether the voltage of the power supply is consistent with the rated one of the appliance.
2. If the appliance is equipped with a ground wire, connect it before use.
3. Before use, check whether the filtering system is well installed and in the working condition. If the appliance is equipped with a dust bag, check whether the bag, the filter element and/or the HEPA are well installed.
4. Before use, remove large garbage and paper pieces from the working area, or they will likely be sucked into the appliance causing blockage and damage to its motors.
5. Do NOT use the appliance to clean damp soil, dust, powder or sewage to prevent damage to the motors.
6. During the cleaning process, if the suction pipe is blocked, stop the appliance and remove the blockage immediately.
7. If the thermal protection is activated, check the appliance carefully for blockage or damage.
8. Clean the filtering system of the appliance and the debris hopper regularly.
