Among BYD’s nine major production bases, the industrial park of Hefei Factory is the largest, with a planned area of 12000 mu, about 8 million square kilometers, which is larger than the three major factories in Shenzhen, Xi’an and Changsha combined. Therefore, Hefei Factory is also known as the Hefei Super Base.

It is understood that BYD Hefei Plant will be constructed in three phases. The planned annual capacity of the whole plant is 1.32 million vehicles. Theoretically, it is the factory with the highest capacity among BYD’s nine production bases. At present, the first phase of the project has been successfully put into operation, and the first complete vehicle was officially put into production on June 30.

The park has a large floor area, involving multiple cleaning scenes such as workshops, parking lots, roads in the park, and the combined application of various cleaning equipment such as floor washers, sweepers, vacuum cleaners, and high-pressure cleaning. After several rounds of inspection, Orange rhinoceros, which is also in Hefei, was finally selected as the cleaning equipment supplier.

This not only takes into account that the categories of orange rhino cleaning equipment are complete and the quality is consistent with BYD’s customary high standards, but also affirms the supply chain and production capacity of orange rhino.

By October 2022, 50 sets of BYD Phase I scrubbers have been delivered in succession.
