Floor scrubber should be stored in a dry and cool place, such as the basement, and should pay attention to the issue of raining and flooding.
The sewage in the sewage tank must be cleaned up after use ,which in order to prevent the growth of bacteria. After cleaning, the sewage tank should not be covered tightly, which is conducive to water vapor evaporation.
Regularly checking the length of floor scrubber bristles, if the length is shorter than 2.5cm, the scrubber brush should be replaced. If a needle plate is used with a cleaning pad, observe the wear and tear of the cleaning pad at any time to prevent needle seat wear and tear. It is recommended to replace the cleaning pad timely when the remaining to 2/3 of the scouring pad is worn.
If cleaning the floor with cleaning agents, defoamers must be used in the sewage tank, and cleaning materials such as laundry detergent or industrial alkali should not be used to prevent clogging of the outlet pipe.
Winter
When using floor scrubber, it is advisable to idle for 3~5 minutes, because the lubricating oil in the gear box is easy to stick in winter.
At the end of the work, the clean water tank and sewage tank should be drained to prevent freezing.
